CREPES & PANCAKES
with choice of bacon, ham, or sausage
Farm eggs, scallion, & mushroom crepes with orange cream sauce
Chantilly Crepes filled with fresh fruit and whipped cream
Blueberry Buttermilk pancakes or Banana Walnut pancakes
French Toast with warm berry compote and Chantilly cream or vanilla
yogurt
OMELETE (stove-top) or FRITATTA (oven-baked)
Create your own--mix and match from the following ingredients:
Cheese: cheddar, swiss, jack, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream
Meat: steak, ham, bacon, sausage, smoked salmon
